BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — UPDATE (9:18 p.m.): Eastbound I-94 has reopened, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT).

UPDATE (7:33 p.m.): Westbound I-94 in Calhoun County has reopened to traffic, but the eastbound side of the highway remains closed due to a crash, according to MDOT.
